How to select dates in the future?

At Explore, you are able to select dates in the future. This might come in handy when you are analyzing your weather forecast data or yield prediction data added through manual input. This article will tell you how to select dates in the future in Explore.

Selecting dates in the future - with Relative period

To select dates in the future in Explore with Relative period:

  1. Go to the dashboard page and click on a widget
  2. Click on the Period button on the left side above the chart
  3. Scroll down and click on Custom Range
  4. You are now in the Relative period date selector
  5. Fill in the last X amount of hours, days, weeks and months.
  6. Click on + Add future
  7. Fill in the next X amount of hours, days, weeks and months.
  8. Click on Apply and you are done!

Selecting dates in the future - with Absolute period

To select dates in the future in Explore with Absolute period:

  1. Go to the dashboard page and click on a widget
  2. Click on the Period button on the left side above the chart
  3. Scroll down and click on Custom Range
  4. Click on Relative period to select Absolute Period
  5. Click on From date to select a starting date with the date picker
  6. Click on the next row to select an ending date (in the future) with the date picker
  7. Click on Apply and you are done!
