My browser does not behave as expected

Sometimes a browser needs to be forced to load the most recent version of a webpage. You can do this by performing a hard reset. We recommend using the Chrome Browser, these are the shortcut keys:

• MAC: hold down ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift key and then press R
