We understand that you want to have your data sources online at all times. To prevent long outages, it is possible to receive a notification for when your Gateway and/or incoming data sources are offline.
Gateway offline warning
Most of your incoming data sources, like your wireless sensors, will be depending on the connectivity of your Gateway. The gateway sends the data of your wireless sources to the platform, learn more here. When the Gateway is offline, all your connected data sources will be offline as well.
By default an owner of your organization will receive an email notification when your Gateway is down and when the Gateway is up and running again. Want to change who receives this notification? Our support team can update this for you. Send an email to support@30mhz.com.
