While using the 30MHz platform, you could have questions or issues that you would like to solve as soon as possible. But how great would it be if you could solve the issue yourself? Research has shown that 80% of companies (read: the people who work at those companies) prefer to solve a problem themselves in the first instance. Users find the answer to questions on the internet or in manuals provided for this purpose. Do you prefer to solve your issues together? Don't worry, the Support team will always be there for you!

Support by using the Help button in the platform
In the right corner at the bottom, you find the help button. Click on the button to open the help pop-up. Fill in a word in the search field. The system will run the word through the articles, with tons of information that are available, and will suggest you a few articles that might solve the issue. Click on these links to open and read the articles.
Of course you could still prefer to get in touch with the Support team or that your issue is not listed in one of these articles. Just click on Contact to get in touch in the help pop-up. After filling in the requested details, you have created a ticket in our system. We will review the ticket and come back to you as soon as possible through the mail.

As we said before, most of the people actually prefer to solve the issues themselves. We have written articles that could help you doing that. You can find these articles, in the 30MHz Guide, at the Support page. Just click through the sections or use the search field to find the information that you are looking for. The articles are written in English and Dutch. At the bottom of the page, you can change from language.
Support by connecting with other platform users in the Community
At the support page, you can find the online Community. The Community is a place where the platform users and platform partners can come together. You could ask for help, get tips from other users and maybe you can place a tip yourself for other users to use. Just place a new post in one of the topics. Users, partners from the platform and even 30MHz employees can reply to your post. Together we can solve any issue faster!
